Who can subscribe to the e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme (eLAFP)?

The e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme (eLAFP) is open for subscription to all schools, educational organizations and the public. The Quality Education Fund (QEF) sponsorship will be provided to publicly-funded schools include government schools, aided schools (including special schools), caput schools, and Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) schools.
