The subscription process of Self-pay Participating School

Step 1: Visiting QEF eLAFP Project Website at EdCity

For detailed information about QEF eLAFP, including an overview of the program, detailed introductions to all 22 grantees / service operator, their services, and their fees, please visit the QEF eLAFP project website at https://web.edcity.hk/en/elafp/projects/. 

Step 2: Submit the online Subscription Application

To subscribe on behalf of your school, please log in using the School Buyer Account in your existing EdCity School Account. Complete the online application form with accurate details.

If your school has not registered an EdCity School Account, please visit: https://www.edcity.hk/home/en/membership-school/

Step 3: Upload the signed and stamped Subscription Confirmation

Please upload the signed and stamped Subscription Confirmation to EdCity eLAFP website within 10 working days from the date of submission.

Step 4: EdCity Review

EdCity will review the submitted documents and contact school within 5 working days if any clarification is needed.

Step 5: Project Service Provider Review

Service Operator will evaluate the subscription application within 10 working days if any clarification is needed.

Step 6: Payment Processing

Upon completion of review, EdCity will send a payment link to school for project subscription payment.

Step 7: EdData Authentication

The Service Operator will send a request for the necessary student information through EdCity’s EdData system. Schools are required to review and approve the request after verification.

Step 8: System Deployment and Setup

Service Operator will proceed with system configuration and technical setup according to school requirements.

Step 9: Service Activation

Upon completion of system setup, the service will be activated and ready for school use.
