Application for subscription the first half of the 2025/26 school year or the entire 2025/26 school year starts from 30 June 2025 to 30 September 2025*.
If you wish to start using the service from 1 September 2025#, please submit your application by 15 August 2025. (#The actual date of availability is subject to factors such as subscription date, progress, the date the school updates student information, etc.)
If you only wish to subscribe for the second half of the 2025/26 school year, please submit your application by 10 March 2026. The date of application starts from 7 January to 10 March 2026*.
Schools may subscribe to project deliverables for either a full school year, first half or second half of the school year, according to their needs.
*The subscription deadline only applies to Publicly-funded Schools that would like to use the QEF eLAFP voucher. Self-pay Participating Schools and the Public are not subject to this deadline.
